Welcome back to another weekly TTM success post. I always see alot of hard core In Person collectors putting down TTM collectors saying no way the celebs have time and don't actually sign TTM and all the autographs returning are fake secretarial signatures because they don't match the quick in person squiggles they get. Well this is just not true. Alot of celebs care about the fans and actually sign TTM. Sure you're not getting Jack Nicholson or some other high profile legends or some of the current mega stars like Johnny Depp TTM but that doesn't mean others don't sign and if you do your homework before you start writing that fan letter you'd already know that and who not to waste time on. I hate seeing new collectors get turned off this amazing hobby because the IP graphers tell them everything they get is fake. Sometimes they are offering to sell them a quick squiggly in person autograph shortly after they tell them the TTM is a secretarial so maby that's one reason some do it. I don't know about everyone else but I've had wonderful luck getting autographs TTM over the years. Sure I still get the occasional secretarial or pre print return but I usually expected that because I've done my research and knew in advance that's what the celebs send back. I'll still try if I'm a fan because sometimes it just takes a really good letter and maby just maby that secretary or assistant will be touched and pass the letter on to the celeb and they actually sign. It can and does happen. Its never a guarantee but nothing in this hobby ever is. So please don't listen to all the negativity from some of the In person graphers that are jealous because our TTM autographs look better than the In person autographs they get lol. Besides unless you're planning on selling them what does it matter as long as you are happy with what you received what does it matter what others say. So remember alot of celebs really respond to fan mail but some never will. Some take the time and read our letters and others may never lay eyes on them or simply toss them in the trash and some actually sign and some pay others to sign for them but if you take the time do your homework and research the celebs signing habits you can find all these things out and then make your own decisions before you write someone or answer your own questions about if your favorite celebs actually signed your picture or if its just his secretary's signature. Anyways now on to this weeks TTM successes. Monday brought two returns. First a super cool success from Michael McKean who signed both our Spinal Tap pictures. He even signed them as David Saint Huggins and only took three weeks to return from "The Little Foxes". To finish off the day Winter got her "E.T." DVD booklet back signed by Dee Wallace. This was our first TTM request sent in 2017 and took six months and twenty-three days to return. She's been known to charge $ TTM though. Tuesday brought one return when we received both pictures back signed by Veronica Cartwright after three and a half months. Unfortunately she used a paint pen and didn't let the paint dry and put both pictures face to face so now the autographs have the other pictures autographs in reverse on top of the original. Oh well you can't win them all and we will more than likely try again one day. Friday brought a quick nine day return from Helen Reddy who signed our "Pete's Dragon" picture already signed by Sean Marshall and she also signed an index card for us. Saturday brought two returns. First after only a month and a half we received both pictures back signed from Sarah Douglas. To finish off the week a quick seven day return from Martin Sheen who signed our picture and index card. That's it for this week have a great graphing weekend and I'll be back next week with more TTM autographs and addresses.
