Welcome back for another weekly TTM success post. It might be a good time to stock up on USPS 50¢ forever stamps. It was recently announced that the United States Postal Service is proposing a 5¢ increase on the regular one ounce letter Forever stamps. This record increase would raise the cost up from 50¢ to 55¢ per stamp. Now I know a 5¢ increase doesn't seem like alot but remember serious TTM collectors tend to go through a ton of stamps each year mailing autograph requests out so that extra 5¢ per stamp can quickly add up. No word on when and if the price increase will actually take place because the increase has to be first approved by the postal regulatory commission but with the pressure from the White House and the fact that the USPS has reported major revenue losses over the past several years makes the possibility of a price increase more likely. So it's probably in our best interests as TTMers to start stocking up on USPS forever stamps before the increase actually happens. Now on to this week's TTM successes. Wednesday brought the first return of the week when we received a nice signed photo from the lovely Nancy Cartwright after only three weeks. Next Thursday arrived with another amazing success when we received both our photos back signed by Rebecca Romijn after just under a year and a half wait. To finish off the week Friday brought one last return when we received both photos back signed by Reba McEntire after a quick two weeks. That's all for this week.
