Welcome back for another weekly TTM success post. I hope everyone had a great week with a full mailbox. Sadly we lost a true American Hero this week when Astronaut John Glenn passed away at the age of 95. Glenn was a veteran of two wars and a member of NASA's Mercury program and was the first American to orbit the earth. Glenn was also a very responsive signer over the years and only stopped signing TTM around the time he had a stroke. I'm always on the hunt for new addresses to write to. As always I never hesitate when sending a TTM request. I usually send mine out within a day or two after I find the address. I do this because TTM collecting is never a guaranteed thing. Addresses or celebs signing habits can change at anytime. An address can have success for some while others get a RTS. Celebs can stop signing or start charging or the address can get flooded with requests causing it to no longer work any number of things can happen so I send as quickly as possible before something changes. That's why I also recommend doing your research before writing. The addresses we have used and shared on my blog may have even changed. The more current posts are fine but if you're looking at older posts over a year or more old the addresses may no longer work so always do your homework before you send and if nothing else you can comment here or message me on Twitter and ask and I'll see if I can find out if the address is still valid or if they have a new working address. I'm always happy to help another collector. Now on to this weeks successes. Monday started the week off with three returns. First we received all three pictures back signed from the legendary John Carpenter and it took just over four months to return. Next Winter received all three pictures back signed from Val Kilmer but they look like secretarials and only took two weeks for them to return. To finish off the day we received another great addition to our Star Trek collection when Tom Troupe returned both pictures we sent back signed and he also sent two extra signed 8x10's and took just under two weeks to return. Thursday brought a great addition to our Friday the 13th collection when we received our picture and index card back signed by Whitney Rydbeck. His signature didn't show up well on the front of the photo but he was nice enough to also sign the back and it took just under two months for him to reply. Friday brought one amazing return when Winter received a signed Playbill from the cast of "The Front Page" with Nathan lane and John Goodman. She's very happy with this return and it only took her a month to get it. That's it for this week. Have a great weekend and I'll be back next week with more TTM autographs and address.
